I would say do not worry about the heart rate till the time you can handle it. If its too high for you, you will be uncomfortable yourself..just concentrate on your workouts and the amount of calories you are burning. Are you using any HRM for counting calories burn? I am always just worried about how much I have burned…

I feel losing weight is all about working out (burning calories of any sort) and eating right or eating healthy! . Calories in < Calories out = Healthy weight loss!

I have bad knee from last 3 years but I do only those exercises which do not include lots of jumping or running. Actually I just cant do running because of my left knee. But I would say lots of stationary bike, elliptical trainer and strength training including cardio which is related to upper body more than the lower kick…

Try eating more .. sometimes your body need more calories to change! Specially with those Vanity pound.. I was stuck at 130 pounds and then I am upping my cals to reach my active BMR but increase 10% calories in every 2 weeks time till u reach your Active BMR. (google it if you dont know whats ur active BMR) and keep on…
