cant lose the last 2 pounds ....

...so i exercise everyday, I hardly ever consume all of my daily callories ...but my weight is stuck at 138lb and it wont budge the last 2lb that I need to hit my goal...i am losing motivation and feel constantly down bout it :(

    I agree with alleycat, it's not good to "hardly ever consume" all of your daily calories. That might be why you're stuck, increase your calories a little bit to get your metabolism movin' again! Don't be discouraged, you can do it! Just make sure you are doing it the right way!

    Try eating more .. sometimes your body need more calories to change!
    Specially with those Vanity pound.. I was stuck at 130 pounds and then I am upping my cals to reach my active BMR
    but increase 10% calories in every 2 weeks time till u reach your Active BMR. (google it if you dont know whats ur active BMR)
    and keep on working out and eating within that goal!

    never thought of it like that.I usually avarage about 600 under what MFP tells me i have left after my exercise so will try to up it x
