MY son and DIL both did it and just finished the 60 days and he lost 38 lbs and her 21 lbs while following good eating habits and Insanity. I have just started it and wonder how to track the activity. It is a real work out for sure.

I am not a computer tech at all really know very little but I know enough to say I gave my Dell PC laptop to my son because I never used it once I got my Mac. I now have. PC that no one uses a Mac and a iPad. Go with Mac you will love it.

I have a trainer for my bike and yes it is a hard work out but I have never felt like I was going to barf. Keep going it does get easier to take

I live in the Canadian Rockies so we have lots of hills we do what the article said and we also do tons of hill repeats. We do 30 sec,60 sec,90 sec repeats.
