MFP in China?
I am heading to China for a month in April I know it will be hard to track my food mostly because I am not sure what I will be eating. But is it even possible to access MFP in China.

Fat Biking
They need to make a new category in the exercises for Fat Niking because it is way harder than any other biking. Rode today for 90 minutes and I thought I was going to die. Nice trails but about 4 inches of fresh snow tomplow through. Man it is hard.

Jawbone UP 3
Does anyone use this fitness band, I am looking at this one because I can swim with it. How does it compare to FitBit. I have a Garmin310 for biking and running pace setting and mapping but I want something I can wear all the time and swim with.

Stress Fracture and Bone Scan
I have been suffering with a sore heel for a year now and i have had several different treatments. I finally have had a bone scan of my feet. I have one Yoga DVD and would like to buy another just to mix it up some. Any suggestions on one you really like and feel you get a good Yoga stretch with.

Calories Burned
Can you manually change the calories burned, my Garmin says 178 cal and MFP says 260 I would like to use what the Garmin says I think it us more accurate.

I just added my weight training for today, question is does it not show calories burned for WT. I have only ever added Cardio before so not sure what to expect with WT

Not losing Staying the same.
I have tracked everything for 30 days now most days I am just under my calorie amount and only twice have I gone over. I am at 1280 for the day. I excerise at least 3 times a week and rarely eat into the extra calorie for the exercise. I do Triathlons so I swim run and spin at this time of the year. I am up about 6 pounds…

How much protein is to much
I am within my daily calorie limit each day but some days I am over my protein limit. Will that slow my weight loss much. Without the protein I get real hungry so this way I am able to keep full feeling much longer. I am over already and I haven't had dinner yet.
