I see the focus, beta and gamma, is it all one set or do you have to buy gamma separate. TIA

    I think you get alpha and beta in one, and then gamma is separate

    Yes ^ that's right - initial pack comes with Alpha & Beta plus the nutrition guide etc and you can purchase gamma separately for about $60.
