I love Wii Zumba and Core, Just Dance, 10 minute solution but I need to get numchucks becuase I did now know I needed them. I just got Jillian Michaels 2010 but I have not gotten my wii board set up yet. I got Golds Gyme last night and it was pretty cool:smile:

My new fav snack is cucumbers the small ones like four in a pack and ranch dressing. Yummo.

I take CLK from GNC. I have not taken CLA not sure what this is. I also take Vita Fusion Womens Chewie Vitamin. I have lost 1.1 lb taking the CLK. There is no stimulant and I dont feel weird.

I try to walk at lunch for 30 minutes and do turbo jam or zumba or hip hops abs or ellipitcal at night or a combination. This group sounds great. I look forward to meeting you all:smile:

I keep all my exercise DVDs in the front room near the DVD player along with hand weights. This helps that way it is convenient but its just doing it. I am still a member of WW. I really like the ppl there and I have a lot of friends. I cant say I have followed the points in a long long long time. I have lost like 56 lbs there but I really love MFP.

I love Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs. I got Turbo Fire but I have not tried it yet. What have you had the most success with?

I tend to overeat when I am stressed as well or just plan tired and wanna sit in front of the TV and eat for comfort. But last night I was having a bad day so I went home and did Turbo Jam and ellipitical for 20 minutes . My butt was sore and my hips were sore this morning.

I absolutely love Zumba it is my favorite exerice. I love to take a class and be in a room with a bunch of ppl with very loud music and just forget about my day. I have the exerate DVDS and I love them. Even if you dont know the stops you can just make it up as you go along.
