I have Map My Walk app on my phone. Its great syncs to MFP and has all sorts of exercise to choose from.

I love love love zumba both taking a class and doing the DVDs or Wii games. I also like Turbo Jam I have Turbo fire but for me its too hard.

Low cal tortilla spinkle cheese. jimmy dean turkey sausage warmed in microwave. salsa. Add ingredients into tortilla so yummy. if you have an egg may do egg whites or scrambled egg.

of course it worked for me just look at my ticker. You just have to be honest when you track, drink water and exercise:smile:

HI ladies, Today was the first day I worked out in a week because I was sick all last week. I did an exercise video on uTube and I was only to do a little over 20 minutes. Before I got sick I would do 2 hours in the gym I feel like I am taking baby steps to get back into the groove. Diana in KY:flowerforyou:

I am still a member of Weight Watchers and have lost a lot of weight there as well as here on MFP. Weight watchers laid the foundation for my weight loss but WW does not have a good food database and hands down its way better here and FREE.

I consider cleaning the house a workout so I count the cals.

I have come to the conclusion that you have to include the foods that you really enjoy you just have to do it in MODERATION.

As a rule of thumb I weight myself first thing in the morning before I eat or drink for an accurate number on the scale. :smile:
