  • I have the Sedona brand, not cheap but a good investment. It was recommended to me by Jenny Ross owner of 118 Degrees raw vegan restaurant in Costa Mesa CA. That is the only brand she uses and I love mine too.

  • Hi everyone, I have been here for about 3 weeks and have lost 7 pounds. I noticed when I added one cup of broccoli to my dinner it came up as no fiber. I know broccoli has fiber, anyone know why it would show zero in my food log? Thanks!
