so i have my calories set at 1300. On a normal day we walk for a good 2 hours, not sure how many calories it really does burn. My watch says around 300 so i say 200. I do run and incline for 45 minutes and some weight training so could burn again another 400 calories. How much should i be eating calorie wise. I feel great…

i know today i had a bad day due to eating out but can someone please see if i am close to what i am suppose to eat back while exercising. On a normal day i do not eat out so sodium went through the roof. I just want to know if i am doing this correctly with figuring out the net

I use the treadmill on a daily basis. I do have a watch also and the miles is dead on to the treadmill. With the calories it usually is around the 500 mark but i always take away around 100 of those calories just to make sure. Not sure if that is right but feel that is a more accurate number. i measured out what they consider a 5 oz glass of wine. It is around a half of a glass. A cab franc is 120 calories which seems correct.
