  • yep agree. Walked a good 10 k this afternoon. Now to have a great dinner and some vino. Tomorrow is a new day and i will walk the same and do some weights tomorrow. Enjoy everyone and merry christmas it only comes once a year!
  • if you do an aerobic class will it show how many calories you burn. Or do you have to enter manually
  • I stay between 30 and 40 and have lost 12 pounds. I started at 140 and am now 128 and am 5 feet 1. I do not do well with breads and starches so it works for me.
  • welcome! After 50 it isint easy, but doable! I workout 6 days a week, golf every day, love to drink wine. I use to do all these low carb diets and yes they work but you put on double. Feeling great now very fit but scale doesn't budge. Hope you have success
  • 2 glasses of red wine at dinner. Trying not to have any but I enjoy it. I exercise every day golf also so I do have the extra calories. If I didn't then I probably would cut it out!

  • I have worked with a personal trainer for quite awhile now. Also a dietician. They both hate the calorie counting. Realing people you could be putting 1200 or more of crap calories in your mouth. Eat clean, veggies meat fruit. Also putting right foods and snacks together is even more important. Exercise properly also.

  • they gave me 1300 but if I figure into my burn it would be between 1700 and 1800 calories. That would be eating back exercise calories.

  • really stuck around 138, I will have my trainer weigh me and measure me on Wednesday. Not sure why I am not losing weight. Starting to bother me. I cant get any more active than I am. I use to atkins low carb and was successful but I cant maintain it especially as I am social golfer In the summer.

  • wow i feel like i am eating way to much now. I was so use to doing atkins and eating mainly veggies and meat. Now i am trying just to calorie count and eat healthy and my body is not adjusting very well. Feel like i am gaining weight but clothes still feel okay. Am i doing something wrong.

  • i get most of my meat from a butcher so i do know how much they are in size. I measure cereal and milk, fruit things like that. Salad i put in measureing cups. Not everything but i dont buy big cuts of meat either. I always use whole wheat to. I should not be to out in my calories it was more what i am burning. I am very…

  • I am 50 use to run outside, to hard on my joints. I do run 3 miles on the treadmill though and walk 6 miles every morning. Doesnt matter how slow you go just try and finish!
