i have it synced with my phone which is a galaxy. Does this sync with my laptop also. Do i have to do anything when i enter a fitness class or will it just record the calorie burn itself

personal training
Now just wondering how you factor in 1 hour of personal training. Included is weight lifting, cardio mixed with weights, trx, step with squats and weights and also kickboxing. Come out just sweating. NOt sure how many calories this will burn. ON here it says 188 so not sure if this is correct.

I am measuring everything, recording everything, Just wondering if i am doing it correctly and to see if i am eating properly. I do exercise alot and do a bit of weight training. calories burned in a workout
Using the treadmill i do different workouts on it staying on for 1 hour. Today it said i burned 525 calories. Some people say it is not accurate so should i be taking around 100 calories off this. I do a program that was designed by me also by a personal trainer and do not add the calories in that i burn from this.
