net calories

Okay so is your goal calories suppose to be higher then your net! after exercising. Not sure if i am asking this properly.

I'm not sure if you're asking that right either, haha. I'll try to answer though.
Say you've eaten your goal of 1700.
Then, you exercise and burn 500.
This brings your NET calories down to 1200.
Then you eat back those 500 calories, bringing your total back up to 1700.
See what I mean? MFP is set up for you to eat back any calories you burn from exercise. Hope I helped.0
