need help

I am measuring everything, recording everything, Just wondering if i am doing it correctly and to see if i am eating properly. I do exercise alot and do a bit of weight training. I probably work out more but add less as i dont know if the numbers are correct on a treadmill. My diary is open any suggestions.

It sounds like you off to a great start! Measure and record everything so you'll know where you are. Otherwise you'll never be sure, you'll have no baseline, and it will be much harder to see where improvement is coming from or where changes are needed. You have the tools you need...go for it.0
