Thanks for the feedback everyone. It definitely is food for thought. The media has played its devil cards for sure having placed into our subconscious what is acceptable in our society. Soon as I figure out the body fat thing, I will probably go towards that...and yes, as long as I'm happy with what the mirror has to show…

So true! Not like I ever saw a size 0 when I was in my 20s! Size 4 was about as small as they would come.

I go in for 6am and finish by 7am. Bike for 10, strength for 20 and elliptical for 30. Always eat something before you go...I didn't once and it was a BIG mistake. Just grab a peach, pear, banana (sadly higher in cals). You need something in your stomach.

3 weeks away from turning 40 and all done with the excuses to not lose the excess pounds I'm carrying around. Would love to get tons of support as I get through my goal of losing 19lbs before the end of the year. I will accept your friend request and will be logging on daily :)
