I did week 5 last week. The 8 min run, I had no problem with. But the 20 min run scared me, so I made up my own day. I did 10 min run/ 5 min walk/ 10 min run. I think I will repeat that for another day or two, and then will do a day or two of 15 min run before moving to the 20. I am not ready for a 20 min run!

Guessing you are from Canada? Those pictures are smarties from the US.

I am starting on monday. I complete the program almost 2 yeas ago, but then had issues and had to stop running when pregnant. I might start at week 2 or 3 though, cuz I dont think I will need to start completely over.

Had a baby an I way over eat when pregnant. Now my baby is 8 months old and I am still right back where I started.

How old is your baby and how often are you bf? I would probably eat 1800-1900 while bf. But it depends on how often your child eats. If under 6 months thus eating more often I would add 500 calories to what MFP puts you at, older then 6 months 300 calories. You can add breast feeding to your food log.

Yes, but you will have to watch what you eat and will have to do more then 30 mins of exercise. I joined MFP in Jan 12. From Jan-June I lost 55lbs. I started at 183, so similar to you. ( I then had a baby and gained it all back, hence why I am hear again!)

I am 5'4 and shooting for 125. Right now I am at 140ish and size 10. Eariler in the summer I got to 132, but still thought I needed to loose some. I would like to get to size 8 or even 6. I started the year at 185.

I just finished the 30 day shred and stated ripped in 30. Only on week one but I love it. It seems to go by fast too, which is a bonus!

will have to try it

I stop mine right after. No real reason. I suppose I am still burning calories, but I guess those will be "extra" ones!

The machines are always way higher. Usually my HRM is about 70% of what the machines say.

I let MFP figure it out for me. I have it set for a one pound loss.

Not sure how accurate this is, but I have used this site. http://www.zumbacalories.com/

I am 5'4" and I started at 184 back in January. I am currently 157, my calories are set at 1430. When I first started they were about 1550. This is set to loose one pound a week. I don't think I could go much lower then the 1400, I still like to have a snack on most days.
