I do the same thing. Pictures of me at my goal weight. On the fridge, got that black dress hanging on the wall in my bedroom. You've been doing really good w/ your exercising and food diary. You can get thru this. Hugs.

I have a Chefmate. I don't remember where I got it, probably Walmart and probably didn't pay much for it. It weighs down to .2oz. I love it. Definitely keeps the portions in check..

I don't no matter how many exercise calories I have left over. You're gonna have members telling you about starvation mode....I just don't see the point of eating your exercise calories if you're not hungry.

I'm same age, here for all of those reasons. And I do understand about pulled muscle. I broke my leg 2 years ago and have pins, plates, rods in it and this past week it has really hurt (why 2 years later, not sure). It's slowed my exercise down a bit this week. ditto to ladybg81. Granola bars are fast, portable, come in 90-100 calories. Bam, you've got breakfast. I have one when I'm running low on time.

My Shape Fitness Evolved keeps track of calories but isn't much fun. Kinect Sports burn a LOT of calories, more intense and fun for me.
