Thank you for sharing. I like salads but battle w/ the dressing. If I like it, it's full of calories. If I use low fat, I don't enjoy my salad. I'm going to try these. Thank you again =]

You can do it! Keep the bikini out where you can see it when you eat, when you exercise. That'll be motivation to lose the last 4 pounds. You can do it!

I don't have a soda issue but I do like my coffee. Over 100 calories a day come from my coffee creamer =[. Trying to cut back. I do drink at least 8 cups of water, most of the time more. I work from home so going to the bathroom often doesn't have my coworkers looking at me like I have a bladder problem...
