hi my name is shawnie,i just joined and trying to figure all this out. have done diets in past and seen results but got bored with them fairly quickly! so im hoping this will be different. any one wanna share some motivation,weight loss,or a simple hello? please let me know if this site works for you,as i am a lil skeptical as to whether this will work. so heres good luck to all of us!

    welcome to the site! This site is a wonderful tool - i have been on here for about 3 months now and its helpjng me loose weight :) best of all, it doesn't feel like a diet. I am so much more aware of what i eat now and how much!! If i want cake, i have some, just in moderation.

    If you hve the motivation, I'm sure this site will help you get to where you want to be :happy:

    Welcome! On here everyone is here for the same reason, to lose weight and get healthy. You are SURE to find encouragement when you're having a rough day and someone cheering you on when you're doing great. It's hard not to stick to this when you have so many wonderful people. This will track your calories and exercise. There are a lot of members that have useful information, I've learned a lot from here. You'll love it. Good luck to you! Oh, and log on every day bc your friends will get an email letting them know that you haven't....... =] Just another motivational tool.

    hi, just keep a log of everything you eat for a few weeks and just by doing that you'll eat less. logging everything helped me to begin with. i find dieting impossible but i can do this. then i've cut back on a few things, its took a few month but i barely eat the same as i did and i've lost 10lb since july. i know that doesn't sound like a lot but i really cann't diet.little changes will last on you longer and your much more likely to stick to what your doing and your eating lifestyle will gradually change and so will your weight and health.

    This is a great site and really teaches you about food. It helps you make wiser choices and healthier ones and there is tons of support for those that want it and want to give it. Good luck!
