One of my friends told me when I hit a plateau that people who have less to lose tend to lose slower than people who have more pounds to lose. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear but I thought it might be informative. It was to me. I didn't know....

I LOVE Michael Jackson the Experience for the Wii. It's more fun than exercise but I burn quite a few calories an hour, about 350, sometimes more depending on the songs I decide to dance to. I have Just Dance for the Wii as well and it's fun but it is a great workout.

I like myself a bit of alcohol to take the edge off of my day but I noticed my weight loss slowed down when I would have a drink. So I haven't had a drink since Jan 1 and my weight loss has sped up. One might not have anything to do w/ the other but that's when I noticed the weight loss really started...

Stop beating yourself up and start again. Add friends to keep you motivated. You can do it. It's easy to fall off. We all have bad days, weeks. We're all in this together. You can do it. :smile:

I have Michael Jackson the Experience for the Wii. I LOVE it! It's a great workout. I burn around 300-400 calories an hour depending on which songs I dance to.

being on your feet can be tiring but you must be burning calories during the work day. Do you have a HRM that keeps track of calories burned? Maybe change your diet up a bit. Change what you eat for breakfast. Try not to get into a "food" routine bc it's easy to get sick of it. And if you want to have an unhealthy snack,…

maybe you can start exercising at home. Anything cardio, walking, jogging in place. Gradually maybe get outside and walk around the block. You can do it. Baby steps.......

my personal favorite is Wii w/ Michael Jackson the Experience. Excellent, excellent workout. I have the kinect as well and an exercise game but it's hard to follow. I have Zumba for the Wii as well which is fun and a good workout but not as fun as MJ =]
