Honey, it isn't about them. It's about you. What makes you feel good. What is going to make you happy. As hard as it might be, bc you have to be w/ these people 5 days out of the week, do your own thing. They might feel a little intimidated or even jealous of you bc you don't have that much to lose.........Do your thing!!!

Plateau honey.........Sucks but we all get thru it eventually. Don't give up!

Tell your outside family very lovingly, that they need to not be so intrusive on you and your family. When I look at your picture, your face tells me that you probably are too nice to say that to family. Pray about it. That's my only other suggestion :glasses:

Honey, we've all been there. We all have our cravings, food that we want so much more than what we should be eating. I'm not even sure what to tell you......Weight Watchers makes a frozen pizza, Lean Cuisine has a YUMMY chicken bbq pizza and I know there will be other members that will tell you it's processed food.....I…

A few suggestions that I've learned from others members: log everything you eat, even if it's a few grapes or a Big Mac. Be accountable. log your cleaning house time as cardio. You'd be surprised at how many calories you burn picking up after the kiddos. Read other members blogs and forum topics. I find them extremely…

You can't help who you're physically attracted to no matter what you look like youself. You may not always get that "hottie" but sure isn't wrong to be attracted to her

Yay for non-scale victories. If you're seeing changes or clothes are fitting different, you're obviously doing something right. Keep it up and don't let the scale discourage you.

Same w/ me. If I eat all my calories, I don't lose. If I don't eat them all I do lose but MFP suggests to eat them all so your body doesn't go into starvation mode. I'm pretty sure my body isn't/hasn't been in starvation mode in a looooong time.

Welcome Holly. Congratulations on your 100 lb weight loss. That's FANTASTIC!!!!!

I agree here. It is time consuming and if you're able to make the necessary changes w/o logging every calorie, why do it. Personally, I have a long way to go till I'm to that point but once I reach my goal weight I may stop logging it. If you start to gain, start logging again. Go easy on me MFPeeps.....I think she's fine…
