Brooks Adrenaline. Been running in them for two years after I had knee and hip problems, went to the running store to get fitted and that's what they gave me--ZERO problems ever since.

I've worn headphones in every one of the 60+ races I've run in the past two years. I keep the volume such that I can hear it, but I can still hear everything around me. According to the Navy calculator, I am now down to 12%. I know that's not accurate, although I've been making great progress--I think it's time to go over to the wellness center and get measured accurately in the "Bod Pod" because now I'm curious!

Mine depends on my mood most of the time. Days when I have been dying to get a run in because my schedule has been extra busy, or I'm stressed out......once I get about a mile down the road I am generally able to turn off my brain and just RUN, and shortly after I really start to feel it.
