Hey! I have also been using it for about 2 weeks now and find it better to do it every second day due to my body needing that one day to recover...maybe by the time I get to level 2 it will be a little better with not so much discomfort after a workout =)

Is it too late to start ... very interested in participating ... When was your actual start date, so that I can figure out the end date. I can catch up if you are on week one... I am CANADIAN so I woul plege to walk 110 kms which equals about 50 miles P.S. how do I get the ticker =) Thanks
