same here I have lost almost 4 lbs and I have so much more energy(or wind as I like to call it) when I'm working out and I now feel the urge to go and workout. I love love love this site for keeping me honest with what I eat and it really makes a difference for me. Keep up the good work :)

they actually have the classes at my gym and I have gone to 2 of them this week and I am in love with the classes and plan to take them the 3 days a week that I can fit them into my schedule. absolutely love Zumba

I have to be to work by 7 am and so I was thinking about hitting the gym @ 5am ...however I have yet to complete this and just go @ 6:30pm with when I get off work and like the previous person that posted it helps me to go to sleep cause I'm so wore out.
