I've been drinking Slim Fast High Protein Shakes in the morning and that has helped me. I guess the protein in it is supposed to kick the hunger.

Thank you! I feel silly almost having to eat my exercise calories, almost as if, "what's the point of excercising?" but i figure this is all good in builing my metabolism, right?

Hey, I've joined this site earlier this week and i've been kind of shy but have realized everyone here is really supportive. I haven't seriously tried dieting before (always ended up feeling guilty and just gave up) so any tips anyone can give would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

That is great that you were able to get Wii Fit, it seems to be unavailable everywhere in my area. I have substituted with My Fitness Coach for the Wii which was only about $30 and after each workout (customizable) it tells you about how many calories you've burned. :tongue:

Since you have the Wii you should get My Fitness Coach. That is what i use to work out and it is great, look into it sometime :wink:

This happens to me all the time. I fluctuate on the scale like crazy. Lately i've started to keep it consistent and just weigh myself when i wake up (on the same scale) everyday without any clothes. I've noticed I'll weigh differently (3-5 pounds) throughout the day which i do not understand. So confusing...
