I've heard it's not on YouTube, but I got it for 10 bucks at Walmart-Mart.

I just started it :)

And lot of people move onto Ripped in 30...but it is a little over the 30 minute mark.

Five cheese Italian sausage with a strawberry spinach salad and basmati rice. I had to plan for that sausage...lol

I'm currently a stay at home Mom of my almost 2 year old. For myself I figured out what healthy snacks satisfy my sweet tooth, and I added more veggies to our dinner plates and I found alternatives to snacks, like special k cracker chips. I also take the portion out instead of eating it out of the box. I workout during…

Congrats on your baby! Remember even though you've had baby I wouldn't jump into eating at a deficit just yet. I'd just be smart about what I eat for a few weeks...enjoy the baby! :)

You could also pack at least some healthy things, get a cooler and put yogurt, fruit and veggies in it so you don't need to spend as much money eating out along your travels. But, I'd log as best I could.

My favorite mug is one I was given which says : I'm not a shopaholic I'm just into stimulating the economy. On the inside it says: Cha-Ching! Lol

I did 30 day shred 3 days a week up until this week (moving in to Ripped in 30). It was when I hit level 3 I began to see changes. It will come, but like everything everything its not instant.

I haven't done Insanity, but I'm just completed 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I couldn't do a push-up when I started, but 20 pounds later I can do a few. And I couldn't always make it through the video, I'd have to stop and catch my breath, but I kept going. That's what you need to do, because you will get there. Most…

Great object! You look great!

There's a great recipe feature here where you can put in the ingredients and how many servings so you know how it breaks down. So, you can still enjoy meals you like to make, just sometimes a smaller portion size.

You can't force someone to diet, and it should be a lifestyle change, permanent. If you do the cooking, you can at least control that much. Be an example, but at that weight you may want to talk about wanting him to be healthy so he'll be around a lot longer. I only cook enough servings we need, it saves on ingredients for…

1) You don't have to workout everyday. I only workout three times a week and sometimes 4. I'm currently a stay at home Mom but when I did work i went to the gym 2 days a week (the gym was in my building ). But, my job had me on my feet, running around lifting, etc. My problem was I didn't change my eating habits. ,you…

I've made these using ground beef (100 grams or so, not a full pack), fresh mushrooms, salt, pepper, onion powder, parsley flakes and then a cup of salsa or pasta sauce. Near the end of the peppers being done I top it with cheese. So yum!!! ,Edit: using 100 grams of ground beef stuffs two peppers, one for me and one for…

In Janurary I started out at 200 pounds, I am now around 177. I hit 180 at the beginning of April, so you may not lose the full 30, you will get close. I've had mess-up days and I usually work out 3 days a week. Losing inches along the way will also make a difference in appearance. Good luck! :)

Thanks for sharing! That is an amazing success story. Congrats on your healthy anniversary! :)

The best advice I have is eat healthy. Also, make sure you up those calories ASAP, you don't need research to tell you to do that, you are in a crucial time. Soon enough you may not want to eat a whole lot anyway if your nauseous, but this isn't the time to lose weight. But, you can have a healthy pregnancy which will make…

I bought a cheap one from Wal-Mart, best investment! You need a food scale..not want! :)

Since I don't know why your in the hospital, my assumption is your waiting for/had surgery. You may have to take it easy going back, but you will get back. I think you'd have to do this for much longer to do damage. Your there for a reason, worry about that first.

I weigh/measure all my food and ingredients then add them into the recipe section and put in the appropriate number of how many servings if it's a meal. I usually weigh all meat, since it's usually me and my hubby and our toddler gets a bit of what we eat, I remember what side of the pan/baking sheet, etc are my pieces.

Just for the record, babies aren't supposed to have water by itself until solids are introduced. But, I get the idea, I am always drinking water, but I've always been that way even at my highest weight.

Some people do a cheat meal where they don't worry about the calories or macros. A day is on a larger scale. Most will probably do this once a week. But, a lot of members will tell you, everything in moderation, so you don't need a cheat day or meal, work in the things you like. But if you want Chinese food in a Thursday…

You have been given great advice. I'd personally bring my own snack to share, and if I want a flavored drink, I get Mio (a no-calorie way to add flavor to water). In the long run, it is better to learn to be in those situations then avoid them. Because real people have treats and snack food in their lives, just not…

I just finished 30 day shred, but before moving on I decided to go through the levels one time again. In level 2, I decided to try the walking push-up! And, I can do it! I've been doing modified push-ups since the get-go. I knew I was getting stronger, but I didn't realize how much. So, it can happen! You've been given…
