Totally! Great job!

I agree with what was said, one week is more, another is less. 1 lb is a good goal but I'd recommend giving it more than 1 week to determine if you need to change what your doing. The more weight to lose, the easier it will be.

That's a great start to your journey! Congrats!

It's normal, it's water retention from your muscles repairing from the workout. You will probably experience this everytime you go up a level. It's a great workout!

I'm a "need to have chocolate everyday" person. On top of having tea with lots of sugar. For me, it because it didn't fit my calories anymore. I switched out to eat apples and grapes, grapes are nice and sweet. Then, I started to find lower calorie alternatives. Skinny cow chocolate truffle bars are my fave...just as good…

Portion control and eating at home. Measuring is a great tool.

Your the first person to call it dangerous...just like any workout program you need to be careful for no injuries...and if you listen the. How she even explains moves because it's the improper moves that can cause injuries. Continue on, OP. :)

That's why I'm glad there's levels so you move up...I find I'm ready to move on when it's time.

I know it's not specific, but a popular workout video is Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It helps people tone and lose inches, which includes the areas of your concern. It's 20 minutes all you need is 3 pound weights and a mat if your working in a hard floor. I only do it 3 times a week because that's my reality. I also…

Strudel all the way...that warm flaky crust....the frosting alone beats out poptarts. But, I never have either in the house lol

I started out at 200 in Jan (was over that previously but dropped some weight before I got really serious). I am now low 180's. I workout 3 times a week (30 day shred and wii zumba). My calorie intake is 1550, and I eat most exercise calories back. About the end of the first week of March I noticed a difference physically.…

Six months in is a little too early to be deciding if he wants a divorce. The first year if marriage is always the hardest. Adding a child or new baby into the mix doesn't help. He needs to know there will be financial repercussions (the divorce itself) and child support. I'm not a guy, but I think the feeling of being…

I've read on the boards its one of the last places to lose.

With this workout you definitely need to learn how to control your breathing, and be aware of it. Stop and walk in place to catch your breath when you need to. You'll get stronger and find it easier as you go. Level 1 can be hard on the knees as well. Remember to not try to follow Natalie if you find it hard, follow Anita…

It's almost impossible to overcook/burn stuff in the slow cooker..it's amazing.

Amazing! Congrats!!!

^^^this, honestly is tame compared to what other people may come on here and say. My own opinion, all of that is accounted for in your TDEE (total daily expenditure). So, eating those other cals will not help you lose weight. If this was the case, many times for us would not need to be here. We did most of those regular…

You look awesome! I wish it hadn't taken me almost two years to finally get in gear.

It's up to you. It is surgery and every surgery has risks. I personally would lose all the weight you want to lose first then consider it. I would also do more homework on the nursing issue, because I've heard more than once it can affect milk supply. I think personally I would love to afford a reduction. (but I'd wait…

Lucky for me, I do it during naptime time (my son will be 2 in May), and toddlers are exhausting in their own right. My hubby works overnight shifts and sleeps during the day, so I don't always have help. I like the suggestion of a quiet time. I've learned sleep begets sleep, but I know some kids just won't go to bed early…

The easiest thing to do is watch your sodium intake near that time.

Is it the landlord or neighbors that is complaining? Are you sure they aren't complaining to complain? Just another thought. You do have great suggestions. You can apparently buy a dog collars that would spray water when the dog barks to also teach it not to bark. It's expensive (100 bucks), but cheaper than finding a new…

I notice people who into the Body by vi do what you should do. Most people have said they exercise. And have mentioned a healthy Dinner. Another poster said about the healthy lifestyle they are promoting. This Site promotes all that for free :) and it's cheaper to buy more fruits and veggies. And I don't cook three meals a…
