I don't know how far into it you are, but apparently there is a diet plan to go along with this. You need to follow that as well (according to Jillian where she mentions seeing abs in level 3 if your following the diet plan). I am doing 30 day shred 3 times a week, along with zumba for wii. I am not following her plan, and…

Everyone is different, most people may not, some will. You do have age on your side. I started 30 day shred along with zumba in Janurary and I have noticed a difference as I'm losing weight. I don't think my pooch will ever completely go away, but you had a child, and someone will love you for that. What you can do is eat…

For me, sometimes it's because it's a satisfying meal. Breakfasts are pretty standard. My snacks will usually be the same (yogurt, banana, apple, grapes or a treat ). Lunch can vary, I'm actually in a lunch rut where nothing interests me for lunch. Dinner is where the variation can come in. I plan meals when I go grocery…

Great job!!!!

I usually don't hit the complete entry button until I'm ready to go to sleep for the night. Usually it's for me logging my water more than anything. Lol my bedtime is between 11:30-12:30.

I used to eat them all back, but lately I haven't been hungry. I do make sure my net is 1200 or above though. If your hungry, do so. Sometimes I eat a little bit more on another day and it evens out. As someone already said, if your following MFP the deficit is already calculated for you.

I still have a long way to go before I'm at my goal weight, but one thing that has gone down is my mommy pooch (it was pretty big IMO). I'm not anywhere near it should be, but it's much better. It can happen, but it might not be the exact same as before, and that's okay, your a Mom!

Awesome story!!!

Best. Thread. Ever.

I buy the veggie sticks chips at Costco. It's like 250 for 68 sticks...I usually eat half and that satisfies me. It is on the plain side, but I enjoy them and I take longer to eat a stick than a potato chips. I need to try those pop chips.

Congrats! You look amazing!! You are super cute, I notice how your fashion changed as you got smaller (more accessories ). Great work, what an inspiration!

I'm sure I live in the fattest city in Canada (which I did some looking). St. John's Newfoundland. While we are coastal, the weather doesn't really favor a lot of outdoor activity. Even our normal diet foods (salt beef) easily attribute. I'm currently living outside the city, and fresh produce is sometimes hard to get, and…

If I'm already going to the store shopping, yes. On my way home from the gym? No. My workout would be ruined.

You honestly have to actually want to change. I personally wouldn't recommend a juice cleanse, it won't help you in the long run to maintain that loss. Just make better eating choices, and stay within your calorie goal. I've lost 11 pounds in less than 2 months (but overall I have more to lose than you). I normally workout…

I'm 28, do have a child, my calorie goal is 1550, I had some buttered popcorn as a snack tonight and Cadbury creme eggs last week lol. I'm Canadian too!

As someone already suggested, you don't have to go to a gym. For me, I workout 3 days a week, during naptime. I'm currently doing 30 day shred and wii zumba. The crock pot can become your best friend as well for meal preps. And some meals I make enough to freeze to have another day, or for the next day. Do one grocery shop…

You were probably have to do more strength and toning exercises to get rid of it. Some people do, some people don't, but I know I'm trying to get rid of mine along with my weight. Edit to add: Sometimes, being a Mom leaves us with reminders. Be proud! I got the pouch and stretch marks.

I'm glad this has a happy ending!!!!

When I was working, I had a routine, and I say you have one as well. I made Monday and Wednesday's my gym days (I worked retail, Wednesday was a day off, and Monday I worked the am shift). I'd squeeze in a third day when I felt like it, but why don't do you do two gym days then do something at home for 1-2 days? If you…

When setting with MFP, it creates a deficit, so for you eat just even 100-200 calories over, your probably not even eating maintenance calories, so, it's okay!

Trying to lose weight while pregnant, especially in the first trimester is a bad idea. Consut your dr/ob...I bet being 10 lbs overweight will NOT harm you or the baby.
-
You may have a long way to still go,but your closer now than when you started! Congrats!
-
Great job! I definitely see a difference!

I think you got some good advice already, I just want to say 7lbs in 35 days is great, and you'll have a better chance keeping it off going slow than fast.

Since OP can't have peanut butter..how about an alternative, like almond butter? I don't like to eat a lot before working out, but I grab a banana sometimes, I find it filling.

Congrats on your weightless...and your dress is beautiful!

Mine is open to friends! Anyone feel free to add me.

Have fruit like bananas and apples available, and even buy ready made salads at the grocery store. Eat the salad first, you'll probably eat less pizza.
