You won't burn tons of calories using it, but I like using it once in awhile. If your having a hard time much exercise, it may be a good starting point, but I'd try to see if you can try it out first before investing in it (unless you can find it used).

Congrats! I hit my pre-baby weight too...but I started overweight. But, it's still a victory, and awesome to see, right? Before you know it those 10 pounds will be gone!

I think you've been given good ideas already. For me, like a lot of people, I found alternatives for what I love. Like chocolate. Skinny cow chocolate truffle bars are 100 cals and I get my chocolate fix because you can't eat it very fast since it's an ice cream bar. Frozen grapes are yummy, especially for a sweet tooth!…

I'm onto day 5 of level 2. I'm still finding it hard, but each time certain parts are getting easier, and I'm taking less breaks. It can happen, this level is a challenge, and we'll both feel better after conquering it!

I personally think you need more than 1400 cals. I'd consult your doctor.

I'm currently doing level 2 of 30DS... I'm not sore, but it's still making me sweat and fight to finish it. If the workout was easy, then I'd move up to level 3. If your not challenged, do something else.

I second what people are saying about working out at home. I'm currently doing 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and zumba for wii. Tell your co-workers your saving extra money for a trip, or a nice purse or something. But really, your savings money for new clothes!

This is also known as body by vi. It's another fad protein drink that people use to loose weight. I've tried it, but decided the old fashioned way was better (eat real, better food, and move more).

I'm on day 3 of level 2 as well. For me, with all the plank moves, I'll sometimes actually stop, watch what their doing, and rewind to start that move. It's hard, but we can get through it!!!!
