I save about 200 calories for some chocolate, Oreos, ice cream or what ever I'm craving in the evening. If I let myself indulge in a small amount then I find that it keeps me from eating everything in sight later.

I don't know but I use the "quick cals" feature quite often when I'm logging in something that isn't in the database. When I do cardio I can easily, on average, burn 100 calories in approx 10 minutes. Usually when I go for a 50 minute run I burn just over 500 calories. You have to remember that not everyone is the same.

We do this where I work all of the time. I cut one in half and leave the other half for someone else who wants it. No big deal. As a matter of fact usually someone leaves a knife right by the box of donuts because so many of us only eat half of one anyway.

It is a heart rate monitor. I have a FT4 it is silver and black and it works just the same as the others. I bought this particular color because it was the cheapest one out of all of the colors. I do really like the neon green color too bad it was $20 more than the one I bought.
