How Many Calories Should I Be Taking In?
I was thinking about resetting my goals to take in 1400 calories a day instead of 1200 calories a day. I have had a really hard time losing weight at 1200 calories, it has been more like gaining. I workout 7 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day, most days a lot more and right now I'm at 173 lbs. I am always hesitant…
