I absolutely hate working out. And I don't usually use the word hate. For this reason I make sure that I get my workout in first thing in the morning before anything else. That way I get it over and done with and can move on with my day without feeling guilty about not doing it.

In my opinion it's not worth it. All it does is count how many times you swing your arms in a day not your steps. You aren't going to get any device that will accurately track your steps. I will be but it will be something small like 30 min. of step aerobics or kickboxing. Nothing major but enough to keep me from feeling sluggish the rest of the day.

I don't eat my first meal until 12-1pm sometimes later and that is very small. I HATE running, but I love how much weight I have lost since I started. I guess I can put up with running until I can find something else that will give me just as high of a calorie burn in a short amount of time.

30-55 minutes a day. I usually aim for burning an average of 500 calories a day.

I have been told that it really doesn't matter which you do first. I personally get the weights over and done with first because I really hate strength training. I also find that on days that I split the two, if I lift first then I get a better calorie burn during my cardio.

I go on Youtube and use Real Fit tv. It has a great variety of workouts. I also like Fitness Blender on youtube but be prepared to put your own workout music on because they are very monotone and boring to listen to. I run first thing in the morning. I find that if I put my workout off until after work, it never gets done. I'm too exhausted by the end of the day and have a million and one reasons why I shouldn't go for that run.
