How much cardio do you attempt to do per day?

I'm a college student, so I spend about an hour a day walking because of classes. I've been a little cardio-crazy lately, so I've also been either using the elliptical for an hour or running on the indoor track for about 45 minutes. I usually take off one day each week.0

I do about fortyminutes four times a week. No one is in my apartment early in the morning so I don't get embarrassed when I do a fitnessblender workout on youtube for half an hour and then do cool down jogging laps around my apartment for ten minutes afterwards.0

35-40 minutes, 4-5 times a week. I also do strength training before cardio.0

30-55 minutes a day. I usually aim for burning an average of 500 calories a day.0

Seasonal for me. Lots of elliptical in winter which I have no problem doing everyday, to jogging in the spring/summer. I can't do that more than two or three times a week cause my joints hate me for running.

It depends on your goals.
Weight loss - concentrate on moderate - vigorous cardio
Body recomp - concentrate of lifting, use cardio for cardiovascular fitness
