45-60 minutes 3 days a week (strength training w/cardio warm up) with daily 3-4 mile walks. I cut back on how often I work out and limit cardio because I was famished, but the duration has stayed the same.

Oh that includes a cool down yoga like stretch thing that I do as well. Maybe 5-10 minutes.

weight training about an hour 3x per week. cardio usually 15-20 miles on the bike (about an hour) 3-4x per week. The only time I do much more than that is if I'm actively training for an event.

Usually 75-90 minutes. I could probably cut them down by 15 minutes if I tried but I like to stretch out my "me" time.

I split mornings and evenings, so about 45 minutes on weights and about 45 minutes of walking.

I do 30-45 minutes of cardio a day (running or stationary bike) and 10-20 minutes of strength training (weights or yoga). I do it 6 days a week. Working out is my "me time".

Usually about 2-3 hours of cardio. I'm aiming to burn 1000 calories every other day. Right now I'm at 146 minutes. 10 more minutes should get me to today's goal. Less if I really push it.

I only do inclined walking. Sometimes, I use the elliptical.

M-Th--about 1 hour and 20 minutes from warm up to cool down.

F-Su--usually 2.5 hours because I have more time. At least one 10K and one two-hour lifting session plus stretching.

Usually 45 min to an hour, depending on what I'm doing. If it's just cardio, 45 minutes. If it's strength, then about an hour in total (with 20-30 minutes of cardio in there). I go 6x a week and two of those days are just cardio.
