Depends on the day and workout
15-20 minutes to an hour.

45-60 minutes 3 days a week (strength training w/cardio warm up) with daily 3-4 mile walks. I cut back on how often I work out and limit cardio because I was famished, but the duration has stayed the same.0
-
Oh that includes a cool down yoga like stretch thing that I do as well. Maybe 5-10 minutes.0
-
weight training about an hour 3x per week. cardio usually 15-20 miles on the bike (about an hour) 3-4x per week. The only time I do much more than that is if I'm actively training for an event.0
-
Usually 75-90 minutes. I could probably cut them down by 15 minutes if I tried but I like to stretch out my "me" time.0
-
Right around 55 min of cardio a day and then 20- 30 min of strength training 2-3 times a week.0
-
Roughly 20-60 minutes, usually 35-450
-
45-50 minutes, unless I'm riding 2-4 hours.0
-
weights: 4xper week -usually 1 hour max, except for leg day - 75min usually. Cardio four or five x per week @ 30 minutes.0
-
60-90 minutes, sometimes more.0

I do 30-45 minutes of cardio a day (running or stationary bike) and 10-20 minutes of strength training (weights or yoga). I do it 6 days a week. Working out is my "me time".0

30-45 minutes typically... Occasionally an hour.0

60-90 minutes0

Usually about 2-3 hours of cardio. I'm aiming to burn 1000 calories every other day. Right now I'm at 146 minutes. 10 more minutes should get me to today's goal. Less if I really push it.
I only do inclined walking. Sometimes, I use the elliptical.0 -
M-Th--about 1 hour and 20 minutes from warm up to cool down.
F-Su--usually 2.5 hours because I have more time. At least one 10K and one two-hour lifting session plus stretching.0 -
1.5 hours walking 4 mph, 21 minutes step aerobics 6" step (everyday), full body weights (beginner going into 4th week) 1 hour, 20 minutes @ 4 x/wk. Been keeping this up for the last month, sometimes a bit more.0
-
50-60 mins of Cardio either Powerwalking or Cross Trainer.0

Usually 45 min to an hour, depending on what I'm doing. If it's just cardio, 45 minutes. If it's strength, then about an hour in total (with 20-30 minutes of cardio in there). I go 6x a week and two of those days are just cardio.0
-
about an hour a day (mostly cardio with some strength training) is what i aim for (and with my crazy life that means 5-6 times a week)

Depends on the day and activities. Generally 60-90 minutes, 60 if lifting, 90 if cardio and yoga.0
