We no longer use pasta in my house for anything ! There's no dish that cannot be substituted with either spaghetti squash, zucchini or Cauliflower:) Takes time for the kids to get used to it but if they're hungry they'll eat it :wink:

I really do not know, I think for me it was the health concerns .....I have ulcerative colitis and a sick gall bladder, I was facing 2 major surgeries and I decided to do research and change my diet...plus I don't want to be that "fat mom" that I had growing up, I was always so embarrassed by her dropping me off for school…
