I have been all over the spectrum on the calories, did 1200 alot , slowly inching toward 1600 currently, upping it a little at a time , everyone's different though !

I came home and did 80 minutes of hardcore abs and chest, then went on a little over a half mile walk to feed the ducks with the kiddo.

And I too am now re-evaluating my goal weight now that I am where I said I wanted to be......I feel like I a have body dis-morphia , I cannot see it in the mirror or feel it, when people point it out I get very uncomfortable and brush it off.....only time I see it is in my side by side…
