That's what my hubby keeps telling me, that I need to be more positive and stop thinking it's "the end" for her. Being that she has lived with Lupus for as long as she has she is very strong and I am trying to keep positive . thank you for your kind words <3

Yesterday I ate below calories, barely met my step goal, met my water goal did not really workout but I did a little bit at work here n there.
