i think it depends if you have stopped growing or not. i was always small and had no hips at all till i was around 21 or so ( around 30 inches). Yes I do track my body fat, I use calipers, online calculators and I have a hand held thing too. that is what i did all of last year and it worked! yes it's a SLOW process but it does work! i loved the changes in my body composition after it. made visible changes in pictures even though i didn't see them myself in the beginning.. That is why pics are so important....

i agree, even 5 or 10 more lbs won't change it. it will still be there. You do just need to focus on working on a very small deficit and strength training. yes more patience. unfortunately it's the last place for most of us to lose from. I am still struggling with getting rid of the last bit on me for over a year now. It's hard. You need to do strength training plus have a super clean diet to see results.

i didn't see results on the scale till almost at the end of 2 month, right when i was about to give up! i get swooshes all the time, will sit still for a long time and them bam, swoosh! give it more time, keep doing what you are doing and log everything and you will see that change soon

well i have taken breaks... i stopped logging from sept to dec. I maintained 100% then in jan when i started x3 i started logging again so i could get the most out of that program... I had a 2 week break over new years and another week break last week where i was in mexico for those 2 trips/ breaks.. i didn't log anything…
