i find they arn't that bad. for me they have been consistent. yes the scan is the best way but not everyone can do that. u have to start off with a coach yourself before you can join as a coach yourself. everyone has a coach even if you are a coach. they sponsor you to join.

aww thx :) i know i had tons of requests from coaches before i became oen myself. If i didn't have MY coach i had at the time, i don't' think i woudl of achieved my goal! no prob, any time :) i know how frustrating it is. I am not willing to be super strict with my diet just to lose it faster b/c i find when i am strict i fall twice as hard! so slow and steady wins! it has gone down a lot, and my love handles! but still would love to be 20% body fat one day!

not being patient is what you are doing wrong! some of us just dont' lose fat as fast as others and struggle more. no prob :) when i did clx the same thing happened with me and i was frustrated as i wanted to lose inches and not gain. i gave it 2 week sand then re measured and all was good again! I always measure 1st thing in the am always, never at different times either as you can expand during the day!

it's only water retention, don't worry about it... measure only when you are done teh first 5 weeks and then at the very end of the program!

i am 5.2 ft and when i was losing, i ate min 1200 to 1450 cals a day. My base was 1200 and i ate back min half my exercise cals. i only lost 1.5 lbs a month max ever! slow and steady! i was 142 lbs and now maintaining at 115. my daily cals now are 15-1700. my exercise changed every few months, and i do home exercise dvd…

i hear ya... i didn't' get the result i was hoping for at all. I lost only 2 lbs which wasn't a issue being at goal but i didn't lose much fat either. maybe 1% max in 2 months. i lost 0.5 inch off my hips and waist and that was it. i had better results with clx so i am back to that.

i have done t25 and really enjoyed it. I like that it's short and needs no accessories! so yes you can take it with u where ever you go :)

in the beginning i did 30ds and rin30. then i did slim in 6, clx and t25. now back to clx. now sure what my plans will be for the new year? body beast? gamma? combat? not sure.

no i didn't. I was going to get it but i thought since i already have clx, i will go back to that. I do really like T25 and may just get gamma for the new year. my body fat was between 22-23% and i dropped about 1% with T25 so i am between 21-22% now.

well done T25 and have to say i just loved this program but saw minimal results. There was really no change when i look at my pics, i guess doing a mostly cardio based program is not what i need, i guess lifting weights is what i need to see changes. so back to clx tomorrow! my stats: i lost 2 lbs, 0.5 inch off my thighs…

i might get gamma but not till the new year, i am going to re do clx 1st and then i will see what i want to do for the new year... i do like the idea of using weights in 25 min though....

haha. :) ya it is but i never had amazing results to show while doing any program.. all my results came in little by little, so subtle you didn't' really see a difference.
