  • i did it and loved it! i didn't get much for results as i was at goal pretty much, i was doing it to keep moving and hopefully lose a bit of body fat.
  • you HAVE to take pics!! I did it twice and i only lost maybe 2 lbs and that's a maybe.. but i did lose inches and it was more noticeable in pics then anything. i now take pics for everything as sometimes i find the results small but when you look at the pics you can really see the difference!
