I go back and forth with MIO. I really love the flavors and it does help me get in more water. Buuuut it has artificial sweeteners which I want to get away from. Bottom line, I drink it until I am used to drinking that much liquid a day and then wean myself off it and just do regular water until I can't stand that anymore.…

Yoga, any water aerobics, swimming, recumbent bike, seated strength training.

Haven't heard of them, but they sound neat.

Lots of protein, lots of it. Extra water as well. Double check that I'm eating my BMR at minimum. Sometimes, I will just eat over my calories limit (with healthy foods) because my body may be really needing it at that point. I just make sure I am doing "well" the other days and it all evens itself out.

I have only lost 5 pounds...but! ~ I've shed at least 20 inches ~ My boyfriends arms fit around me without winding me ~ I can carry a full Brita container all the way from the kitchen to my work desk in one hand without my arm hurting and shaking (approx. 8 lbs) ~ I have more confidence ~ One of my favorite dresses is…

Eat more protein, instead.

I haven't deleted anyone yet. There would have to be a pretty good reason for me to deleted someone at this point. I know that having friends who never speak to me doesn't mean they aren't cheering for me silently, or watching my progress and learning from it, etc etc. And vice versa.

I have a prescription for Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine.) It's a muscle relaxer. I have sleep trouble, restless leg syndrome and fibro...but they get me a good solid 8 hours of sleep everynight and helps with my knotted muscles.

Halleeon is my gamertag - ie, the username I've used whenever I play a video/pc game. The name itself came from my rebellious nature and tending to be a real "hellion." Alas, when I went to pick my original gamertag, "Hellion" was taken and so I tweaked it and it became a name of its own. Halle-on, is how most people…

Great job! You are looking slim :) I'm not a runner, but I would recommend bringing water. I find that whenever I'm feeling out of breath, water is my best friend. Good luck in the run!

Love the flow of the story and all of the pictures. You've given some good experience and have done an amazing job. You look fantastic. Thanks for sharing your journey with us.

I quit smoking about a year ago and find it fairly easy to jog from a lung/breathing perspective. My legs and shin splints don't like it very much though. Just go slow and easy and I am sure you will improve with time.

I understand and have felt how you are feeling now (and will probably feel that way again.) The best thing I can say may sound a little blunt, but it's what I would tell myself. Try relaxing and stop obsessing about fat loss. If your mind is restless try focusing on something more positive than beating yourself up. Take a…

I think it honestly depends on how you feel. I have large breasts as well and running is not my first choice of activities. I would rather swim or cycle. It's easier on the back and the joints in general while still being highly effective in getting lean. I do have back problems as a result of how large I am on top...that…

I am a diabetic. I was a little concerned about going low carb as my body was pretty addicted to them and I wasn't sure how I would react from them missing from my diet. Let me tell ya, the first two weeks was pretty bad in the tiredness department. After the two weeks was over, I felt/feel amazing. I have way more energy…

I think when I said it, I meant that I didn't want to lose the majority of the fat in my breasts or rear. That was then, this is now...and I'm fine with both being reduced. lol

Yep...still beautiful since last time I checked. :P Nice work!

African-American and Irish-American over here. Although my face somehow is bright blue and white...I'll never understand these crazy genetics.

I don't currently subscribe to actively avoiding those who eat under 1200 calories, but I do avoid people who aren't actively seeking out information and/or complain like little beeches about really lame stuff. Just my opinion here, perhaps not the most eloquently put. At any rate, I do what I can to share my experience…

I am also considering WLS. I am on the last stage of approval for the surgery, actually. The whole process of getting approved and talking about surgery has made me decide to take a better stand (again) on my fitness and what I eat. So I logged back into MFP. The forums have been extremely helpful for me this go around, as…

I would mind and would ask him not to go and to pick something else to do with his bros. There are SO many events one can do, there isn't much excuse to be stuck on the stripper thing. I think you should talk to him and just honestly let him know how it makes you feel. Insecurities or not, they are still valid feelings and…

I say ... do it. You're going to workout tomorrow anyway, right? Plus, when you finish the race, you will have all those lovely endorphins to be thankful for.

I'm shooting for 19 8-ounce servings of water each day. I only make this goal sometimes...but it is a work in progress. I totally agree about it being incredibly health-beneficial.

Guys like to chase...if you're always giving it to him and letting him know how "available" you are ... it can be a real turn off. Try calmin your heels and waiting HIM out for a change. Then turn him down a few times. See if you don't have a raving sex lunatic on your hands on his 3rd attempt to bed ya.
