  • I was one who ate too few calories on p90x and didn't see great results. I was proud of finishing, but felt like the people I told I was doing it were looking at me and thinking, "she hasn't even lost any weight, she looks no different, etc.." VERY discouraging!!!   • Hi! I recently started taking zumba classes myself! they are alot of fun and definately a workout. According to my heart rate monitor I burn between 500-700 each week for the hour. (I do most everything at the high impact level). Of course this might vary depending on height, weight, etc.. hope this helps!
