  • Sounds like you're missing lean protein!!
  • wow thank you guys! this stuff sounds delicious. Now Im even more ecxited to go!!
  • I think I would've had better results if I stuck to the 1200 calorie diet the she advertises but thats scraps to me! I did not lose much weight but I did lose a lot of inches and felt stronger over all. Even though I think she the devil reincarnated, I enjoyed the program and the moves.
  • I just finished her 90 day program. Good luck!! I had always put it under circuit training. And for me personally would always log 5 to 10 minutes less than I actually did in order to prevent over estimating calories. But if you have a heart rate monitor you should be good!
  • Kathyms13 congrats so far on your weightloss, to each their own. But I cant help but think I know a 2 year old who eats more than you!
  • Ha no offense, but based on the cover page, I dont think some things in this issue of the magazine are crap. And I'd say missing people are quite more important than Taylor!

  • well back in my cheerleading and dance days I was told it came down to flexibility. So have her practice stretching and some yoga moves!
  • Cravings last approximately 3 seconds unless you continue to focus on them. Keep yourself busy and/or change your thought process at that time. However, if you must cave then just eat a small amount of it to satisy yourself. Don't set yourself up for a binge by constantly restricting yourself. Hope this helps.
  • Your dinners sounds amazing. Must. Have. Recipes!!! PLEASE!
  • As a healty alternative you can mix a ranch seasoning packet with plain greek yogurt. Hope this helps!
  • HA!! love it!
  • met my prince on plenty of fish!!
  • something you may be interested in http://www.shapefit.com/calorie-intake-calculator.html# however...it may all be trial and error till you find what works for you. And even so it may only work for a certain while and you may need to then change it up. That may give you a start though. good luck
  • Wow you workout alot. Congrats on your dedication and weight loss so far. When my weight loss stalled for months, I posted a similar question and everyone explained to me the eat more to weigh less idea. It sounded good and I couldnt complain about eating more food!! I slowly raised my calories from 1600 to 2000( do not…
  • And Im not out to criticize but more out of concern. Im glad this works for you. But over time I'd like you to reconsider to go a more healthier route. Just be safe. Eating like that may cause an eating disorder.
  • If I had time I'd find more but here is a website that talks about how a VLCD may affect the gallbladder....http://www.webmd.com/diet/guide/low-calorie-diets
  • Eating small amounts in the begining while she is heavier will suffice. However doing that for extended periods of time is hard on the body. Like I said to each their own. If it works for her then Im happy for her. I just think it is good to be knowledgable about both sides. I mean hell lucky her if she found something…
  • Not to true. My mom had gastric bypass and she does not eat that way. She only ate that way during recovery and a little bit after. And it was almost all protein she had then to make sure she had nutrients. However now she probably averages 1500 calories a day.
  • Sorry but yes it is a known fact that eating such a small amount over extended periods of time will cause your organs to stop functioning properly. Not criticising just stating a fact, but be my guest to continue as you please
  • I currently eat 2000 to 2100 calories a day and my diary is open so feel free to friend request me if you'd like :-)
  • You can also put lite chocolate syrup on top of this before you freeze it. That's what I do and it tastes sooo good! There was a fellow MFP member who had posted about this receipe months ago and I am forever in her debt!
  • hahaha I noticed this too. However I didnt mind because it at least gave me something to look at. Im doing her body revolution dvds now and its the same thing. So do not worry, it is not just limited to 30 day shred. However, at least in these videos there are guys with their shirts off as well so that is something better…
  • Thanks dare2love for all your help and thanks to the others who responded as well. Im now trying out 1950 calories which is apporximately 20% from my tdee. Hopefully over time it will work. Im definitely scared to see the initial increase on the scale though since I've worked so hard to lose the weight that has already…
  • I've been eating anywhere from 1500-1900 normally however I would not eat my exercise calories and then only be netting anywhere from 1200-1500. I did actually increase my workouts lately. Now my workouts include: Monday- jog 5k and JM body revolution dvd Tuesday- JM body revolution dvd Wednesday- Jog 5k and JM body…
  • so by using the method you just gave me I get the number 2189. Do I eat that or is that my tdee and I take 15% to 20% off of it? Seems awfully high and scary!
  • Oh and I guess I should add that I do workout but I do not log it. Instead I upped by lifetyle setting to lightly active (even though I have a desk job) thinking that would be the same as logging my exercise. Who knows if that is true though!
  • Someone once told me in elementary school that you should wash your hands for the length of the happy birthday song to make sure they're thoroughly clean. So now, fastworded twenty years...I catch myself every so often singing the happy birthday song in my head as I wash my hands.
  • Its a great workout and I love that the dvds are so short. Im about to start phase 2 next week. Im way to picky to follow the meal plan and way too hungry to eat just 1200 calories (even though I bet I'd lose more weight this way). I've actually put on a pound doing this but have lost plenty of inches and body fat went…
