  • Thanks;). Just be sure to taste the batter to make sure that it's sweet enough. I also like to do it with oat meal custard. You make regular oat meal & add it a Cup of milk & one whole egg. stir on a small flame until thick. While not pretty(the white always separate a bit)it's yummy & full of protein.
  • To make what others said even more blunt: if Your body is starving it will eat your muscles so it can reduce your metabolism thous lower your need for calories to maintain your weight so now you need a lower calorie diet & a higher exercise regime just to get back to where you were before metabolism-wise.
