Poor man's pudding.

So I like cake, & every once in a while I get a craving for it. so then I make this version of Bread Pudding.

Five/six Bread slices, Cubed.
One whole egg.
One spoon of dry oat meal.
a Cup of milk.
A cup of water.
one mashed Banana.
& Cinnamon.

If you still need it sweeter, add honey.

Mix all of it in a bowl & pour it into a pan/pot & into a preheated oven at 210 c.
After you put it in, lower it to 180c. After about 15 min' it should be ready.

The Banana & Cinnamon make it sweet, but I met some who consider it too bland.

You can also do it like muffins, so it's individual & you can be better sure of portion size.

Hope You like if you try. As you see it's real easy.

    Thanks;).

Just be sure to taste the batter to make sure that it's sweet enough.

I also like to do it with oat meal custard. You make regular oat meal & add it a Cup of milk & one whole egg. stir on a small flame until thick. While not pretty(the white always separate a bit)it's yummy & full of protein.

    Nice ~ Thanks

Last night I made Pudding Cups
Sugar free instant chocolate pudding (made with skim milk)
    Cool Whip Free
    1 tsp melted peanut butter
1 crumble sheet of low fat graham cracker

Put some cracker crumbs in the bottom of a cupcake wrapper, add 1 tbsp pudding, drizzle peanut butter, top with 1 tbsp cool whip and some crumbs and freeze. I made 3 (I still have pudding left over) and had 2. Not exactly sure what I ended up with for calories (I can check if you want me to) But it was very good and covered some bases!
