you use different muscles when you run compared to when you bike. I can run 2km but I can barely bike half a km, it depends who you are. Maybe get an app that tracks how many calories you are burning if you are worried about it but I wouldn't compare running to biking, they are totally different!

I tried a low carb diet, well I did lose weight within a month my kidneys actually hurt, like I could barely walk they hurt so much. High protein, low carb diets put a lot of pressure on your kidneys and can have adverse effects in the long run.

Birth control never made me gain weight but it did MESS up my cycle so much that my husband and I have had a lot of trouble trying to conceive. My cycles are totally out of wack ever since I stopped taking it.

My doctor said it was a good idea because it would also keep me in the habit of tracking calories when we conceive and it won't be as hard to lower them again after. It's a good way to keep someone from going calorie crazy when pregnant she said lol.

I had to stop doing IP fully because it was causing issues with my kidneys. I am now doing a low carb diet on my own with MFP and my IP coach is still weighing me and doing my measurements. And I'm still buying the pudding!
