I like to only eat half of mine back. This way I can eat a little more, but not feel so guilty.

You can do it!! Don't look at the big picture, just go day by day : ) Watch portion sizes and get your heart rate up for at least a half hour a day. It will become easier and easier : ) believe in yourself : ) *Obsessed is what the lazy people call dedication*

Awesome!!! How long did it take you to lose 42 lbs? I am really getting frustrated! I have been running 2 mile a day and have not lost 1 lb.... oh well, i just have to keep trying : ) You look Great!
