im rrighhttt here with yah sista. im soo impatient, and if i dont see like 4-5 pound drop in one week i quit and eat my fridge as a whole pretty much. feel free to add me, and we can keep tabs on eachothaa. it is HARD.

dont eat your excersice calories!! if you hit 1220 or something, then go work out, log it, then it tells you you have 400 calories (or whatever you burned left) dont eat them :-) i mean you CAN, but it will help weight loss move along quicker by not eating your excersise calories and

I take yasmin to (oscella) and it works just fine :) itd like to blame weight gain on the pill, but its probably the pizza and chocolate i eat daily. but, no babies!!

ahh yah i feel like ive seen cellulite on even skinny people so its not there just cause your "fat" or anythingg it just happens!! though, body fat does contribute..haha. Im surprised no more people have commented/shared thoughts/stories! 81 views and no one wants to talk about CELLULITE/? hahaha

bahh i try not to drink milk tooo much. i cant half milk around often cause ill drink a whole class or two or more in a sitting which the cals adddd it on up. love me my skim milk though.

that sounds a lill exxaggerate calorie burning wise, you may want to check on that :) BUT i do like kettlebells, i got the 10lb at wallyworld as well, only have done it a couple times though :-x oops
