Bumppppp. Crazy to see such an overwhelming amount of people saying lifting and circuit made the biggest difference, deff gonna do some re-thinking here.. but what about like work out dvds (jilliam michaels ones) compared to gym machines?

I am going to start training for a half as well. I love in Wisconsin and it was less than 5 degrees out today. I was gonna do my half in May...but I have a feeling I wont have enough time to switch from tredmile to land and train well enough. Our winters never end so only having a few weeks to train on land may not work…

I think you are doing the right thing by letting them be themselves, at their age dressing themselves must be fun! of course they aren't going to know what looks cute adn what doesnt haha. But they will grow out of it i'm sure as they get older. What if you gave them a tiny little .. "what matches and what doesnt" lesson…

i think lean cuisine pizza is reallly good actually, yes its processed foods but it deff fits in calorie wise. obviously, dont eat it every other day but once or twice a week wouldnt hurt.

I think 2lbs a week is just fine, but thats my personal opionion! as long as your doing it the healthy way, go for it!
