forget the food diary, you are a healthy weight. You don't need to over exercise to put on muscle , find an exercise you enjoy doing and eat foods you enjoy eating...remember to relax, don't think about weight loss if you can....

Disordered sleeping pattern- disordered eating pattern. My only tip , as an insomnia sufferer for 30 years, is reading .Medication may make you sleep but it's not a relaxing sleep and I've always woken up feeling shattered:yawn:
